- Inspection of rugs and quotation confirmation.
- There may be a test on the rugs to determine colourfastness.
- Jason will move furniture off the rugs as far as possible.
- The rugs are vacuumed to remove dust and dirt.
- The floor under the rugs is protected with drop sheets against any overspray.
- Any stains on the rugs are pre-treated. Our pet urine odour removal treatment is applied where applicable.
- The rugs are then sprayed with our carbonated eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
- We use a combination of hot water extraction and bonnet cleaning to get the best results
- The final stage of wool rug cleaning is to groom the rugs.
